Working at Banco República (BROU), Uruguay’s largest financial institution, I experienced firsthand the pressure of navigating complex challenges where every choice carried weight. With a degree in Communication from the University of the Republic (Uruguay), I developed a deep understanding of how language, perception, and strategy shape the way we connect, lead, and make decisions.
