For years, I lived in a world ruled by data, logic, and high-stakes decision-making. Working at Banco República (BROU), Uruguay’s largest financial institution, I experienced firsthand the pressure of navigating complex challenges where every choice carried weight. Yet, something always felt incomplete—an invisible layer of leadership and decision-making that numbers alone couldn’t explain.
That curiosity led me down a path of deep exploration. With a degree in Communication from the University of the Republic (Uruguay), I developed a deep understanding of how language, perception, and strategy shape the way we connect, lead, and make decisions. Over the last seven years, I have worked as a therapist and mentor, guiding individuals through personal transformation by integrating intuition, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence. Through this journey, I discovered that the same tools that help people heal on an individual level can reshape the way we lead, decide, and build environments where people thrive.
